Vegas!

Last week I went to a work conference in Las Vegas. It was my first time there, so although it was for work I tried to make the most of it. My first day there I tweeted about being there, which was great, because I received a tweet back from one of my oldest college friends saying that he and his wife were flying in later that night. Although I spent the first night in my room, ordering room service, and going to be at 9 (because of the early morning flight and three hour time difference), I made up for it on my second night there. This night was only made better by my unexpected meeting with my college friends! A lot of packed into a few hours but it was awesome time! I lost money on numerous slot machines (one of which took place at 8:30 at my first morning there because it was too early to check into my room), ate amazing Thai food at Lotus of Siam, did all of the tourist activities (errupting Volcano at the Mirage, Bellagio fountains - my favorite, etc), and walked a million miles from casino to casino. It was so much fun and I am so glad that I had friends there to experience it with me!
Although it was a great time I was ready to get back home to my hubs. The next time I go to Vegas it will have to be together...because in the end, nothing is ever as fun without him! And because he is the best thing ever, I came home to find that he had cleaned the house, did the laundry, changed the sheets on the bed and washed them, mowed the yard, and fixed our broken back door. Just one of the million reasons I love him.

 My first morning play at the Hard Rock. I started with $2 and made money! I later made over $6 but didn't cash out to show proof of that. I later lost all of this money plus more! This is the only

proof I have that I actually made money while in Vegas!

 Best part of my trip was getting to spend time with them!
