Hope you enjoy it was much as I did!
Ingredients:
Cooking oil spray
2 cups skim milk1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 egg
Salt and Pepper to taste.
1 1/2 cups pre-shredded sharp cheddar cheese (I just went ahead and used the whole bag - 2 cups)
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
Directions:
Spray the pot of the
slow cooker (I even went a little overboard with the cooking spray because I didn't want a mess cleaning up!)
In a mixing bowl whisk
together milk, evaporated milk, egg, salt and pepper. Pour milk mixture into the
crock pot. Add cheese and uncooked macaroni. Stir gently to mix.
Cook on LOW 3-4 hours (I cooked mine around 3.5 hours; however, it would be different depending on your crock pot). Just make sure to not let it cook longer than 4 hours or else the edges will start to get crispy and even burnt.
